Butter is produced by creaming. Cow milk cream undergoes high-temperature treatment which determines further wonderful and inimitable taste of the Kletsk butter.
Cold supply of production is one of the main tasks to store and process milk and dairy ingredients as well as store finished products.
In 2006, we carried out works to update cold supply unit with a partial replacement of ammonia refrigerating installations to freon refrigeration units. Solving the problem of end product storage we repaired the chambers themselves with a complete replacement of heat insulation, doorways and floors.
