Glazed cottage cheese bar (syrok), fat content – 18%, with vanillin, frozen “Snezhnaya Nezhnost” (winter tenderness). This is a sweet, tender, souffle-type product with an exclusive taste when unfrozen. Product shelf life – not exceeding 30 days at a temperature (18+2)ºС below zero.

Syrok is ready-to-eat.

It can be unfrozen at a room temperature before eating.
