This is a fermented milk product manufactured on the basic of natural cream ripened with pure lactic streptococcus starter. One of the main advantages of this sour cream is its low acidity which gives a pleasant distinctive taste to the product.

The sour cream stands out from the crowd of other fermented milk products in terms of its alimentary advantages. This is a highly nutritive product with a great amount of easily digestible fats, lecitin; it contains all the vitamins milk contains.

 

It is prescribed in the case of high physical and mental work loads. The sour cream is irreplaceable while cooking salads, souses, creams, it will be a perfect additive to any dish
