
Iodinated casein is a biologically active food additive that is easily digested by organism and presents an analogue of natural compound of iodine with cow protein. Milk enriched by iodinated protein has been specially designed for prevention of deceases connected with iodine insufficiency and, in particular, it compensates insufficient amount of iodine. With that excessive iodine is naturally removed excluding an overdose.
