This is a new kind of healthy food product with a complete substitution of sugar by sweetener. “Kletskiy” is a pasteurised product with the taste of added fillers (peach, strawberry, pine-apple etc.) It is manufactured from milk, sugar with stabiliser, fruit and flavor filler by ripening with the help of yoghurt starter with further thermal treatment. The yoghurt dessert has a sour-cream like consistence, pleasant taste and flavour.
