  • Dry milk products

    Skim milk powder is produced from pasteurized skim cow milk or mixture thereof with buttermilk by thickening and succsessive drying on spray-type dryers.

    Farm sweet-cream non-salted butter with a 72.5% fat content

  • Sour cream

    This is a fermented milk product manufactured on the basic of natural cream ripened with pure lactic streptococcus starter. One of the main advantages of this sour cream is its low acidity which gives a pleasant distinctive taste to the product.

    Curd is a proteinic fermented milk product being of an exclusive value for people of all ages, particularly for children and senior citizens nutrition. It has all the components needed for beauty of hair, skin and cardiac performance – proteins, vitamins and phosphor.

    Yoghurt fruit and berry dessert "Kletskiy", pasteurised, with a 2.5% fat content:

    “Kletskiy” is a pasteurised product with the taste of added fillers (peach, strawberry, pine-apple etc.) It is manufactured from milk, sugar with stabiliser, fruit and flavor filler by ripening with the help of yoghurt starter with further thermal treatment.

    The cream is produced based on milk toppings, sugar, vanillin and various additives: dry grapes, pieces of dried apricots, prunes and fillers: “Shokoladny” (chocolate), “Karamel” (caramel), “Kapuchino” (cappuccino).
