Quality of our products

The most topical issue concerning dairy branch today is the provision of milk processing enterprises with raw materials. The steady growth of milk production and an increase in its processing have been noted recently. Milk processing in Belarus is a function of 82 dairy plants, which deal with 90% of all milk processed.

After its foundation in 1984, the enterprise was processing dairy raw materials originated from the area it was in charge of – Kletsk and parts of the Nesvizh rayon. Starting from the year 1997, farms and distributors of milk located in the Kletsk district have become the permanent raw material area. Since 2003, milk deliveries based on contracts concluded with the majority of farms located in the Nesvizh district, partially from farms and population of the Stolbtsy district have been restarted. Moreover, the enterprise processes imported raw materials supplied in the feedstock mass delivery season by other milk processing enterprises of the Minsk region (Stolbtsy, Nesvizh, Soligorsk, Uzda, Dzerzhinsk and other districts). In order to attract raw martial supplies the enterprise implements processing of milk, cream and skim milk on give-and-take basis. Since the year 2003, raw material areas have been formed on the free market of milk feedstock with its deliveries carried out on the basis of direct bilateral treaties concluded with manufacturing farms and enterprises processing milk.

Quality control of products and milk feedstock is a function of the company’s laboratory.

The production laboratory of “Kletsk Butter-Making Combine” is a business subdivision of the enterprise.

The production lab comprises of:

- raw material department
- physico-chemical subdivision
- microbiological subdivision
- radiological monitoring station (RMS)

The production lab conforms to the standards of Belarus accreditation system and is accredited to technical competence according to the requirements of STB ISO/ IEC 17025. The RMP is licenced to conduct activities connected with radio-contamination control.

The lab has a sufficient number of personnel having skills and experience needed for testing in the stipulated accreditation field.

The laboratory tests end products, raw and auxiliary materials and controls the operation process in terms of physico-chemical, organoleptic, microbiological and radiological indicators. Radiological monitoring is carried out not only in terms of radionuclide caesium-137 content, but in terms of strontium-90 content.

The enterprise was assigned an export veterinary number 0051 М which gives the right carry out export sales of dairy butter and dairy-vegetable butter, dry dairy products. The Quality Management System for production of dairy butter, dairy-vegetable butter, dry dairy products for compliance with requirements of STB ISO 9001 and the System of Production Quality Management based on the HACCP concept have been introduced at the enterprise.

The company has compliance certificates for the following types of products::
Belarusian: condensed and concentrated milk in transport containers, dairy butter, curd, melted cheese.
Russian: skim milk powder, whole milk powder, condensed milk in automobile milk cisterns, dairy butter, curd with fat content of 1.8%, frozen.

Ukrainian: skim milk powder, dairy butter.

The Certificate on State Hygienic Registration is available for dry dairy products.
